Co-founders and owners Francisco Barrios and Diana Palma, father and daughter, founded Evergreen NW Roofing in May 2021. They want to provide a tailored roofing experience for each customer by considering their budget and priorities. In addition, as a father-daughter duo, Francisco and Diana want to offer services that allow customers to be well informed of every step in re-roofing their home. Their goal is to ensure the future of your family’s home to the highest quality craft. They go above and beyond by examining each roof, ensuring airflow, ventilation, and insulation are at their best.
Francisco has perfected his craftsmanship over 21 years. He is known for spending hours of his own time doing extra things for customers. He ensures that every homeowner is happy and completely satisfied with their roof because it’s part of a home at the end of the day. As a person who values family more than anything, nothing is more important than ensuring every customer is happy with their home. Francisco was born in Oaxaca, Mexico but now lives in Seattle with his family and two loving pets. He loves to go camping with his family and plays the guitar during campfires.
Diana has witnessed her dad care sincerely for all the houses he has conducted roofing projects for.
She has learned about the roofing industry alongside her dad and hopes to guide homeowners through their roofing experience. She understands the importance of communication and is happy to answer all questions that may arise. Diana graduated high school in 2020 and was accepted to the University of Washington as a pre-med major. In her free time, she spends her time creating and selling her artwork from her website. She has had the wonderful opportunity to exhibit her work in small galleries around Seattle and the Seattle Art Museum.
With over 20 years of experience in roofing Francisco Barrios co-founded Evergreen NW Roofing LLC with his daughter Diana Palma, a family-owned company, in 2021. Trained by the best of Seattle’s Roofing scene, Francisco worked on crews such as A Better Roofing, Jorve Corporation, Legacy, C&R Boger Construction, and afterward joined Pro Roofing NW Inc as a foreman. From performing hands-on roofing sites, Francisco has gained much insight into what it takes to provide an outstanding service for each customer.
Diana has seen her father care and pay attention to the smallest details in roofing jobs from a young age. Caring for houses like they were his own, Diana has observed and learned about the care and attention to detail it takes to reroof a house. Diana aims and hopes to achieve the same level of client satisfaction that her father has provided with his roofing projects. They both work together with the same goal of delivering the best roofing services tailored to each client’s needs and priorities. Being a family company Francisco and Diana understand the responsibility and care that goes into each roofing project as customers entrust them with their homes.
Our target market consists of homeowners of all ages located in the NW of Washington between areas as far as Tacoma, North Bend, and Marysville. Our ideal locations would be Sammamish, Snohomish, Everett, Federal Way, Auburn, Maple Valley. We focus on Residential but can also do commercial depending on size.
